Our Heritage
A family story written since 1970
On lands first planted by Andalusian settlers centuries ago, Hassine Sfar founded our oil mill in 1970. His son Ali gave the farms their name; after 1984, Khadouja Sfar led them for a quarter of a century — and today the third generation carries the same promise from farm to table.
Our three certified-organic farms — Chwariya on the Sahel coast, Beni Darraj and Oued el Kenz at the foot of Djebel Zaghouan — cover more than 500 hectares and 25,000 olive trees, alongside honey, table olives, free-range eggs and heritage livestock.
- Certified organic since 2010. Every hectare certified by Ecocert — organic long before it was fashionable.
- Stone-milled, cold-pressed. Traditional granite mill and cold hydraulic press, within 24 hours of picking.
- Single origin. 100% of our oil comes from our own three farms — never traded, never blended.
