Since 1970, three generations of the Sfar family have grown, stone-milled and cold-pressed organic extra virgin olive oil on three farms between Zaghouan and the Sahel — certified by Ecocert since 2010 and awarded more than 35 times worldwide.
Our Heritage
On lands first planted by Andalusian settlers centuries ago, Hassine Sfar founded our oil mill in 1970. His son Ali gave the farms their name; after 1984, Khadouja Sfar led them for a quarter of a century — and today the third generation carries the same promise from farm to table.
Our three certified-organic farms — Chwariya on the Sahel coast, Beni Darraj and Oued el Kenz at the foot of Djebel Zaghouan — cover more than 500 hectares and 25,000 olive trees, alongside honey, table olives, free-range eggs and heritage livestock.

From Farm to Table
From October to January, every olive is picked by hand, sorted and cleaned the same day.
Milled on traditional granite stones and cold hydraulic-pressed within 24 hours — no heat, no water, no additives.
Rested in double-walled inox tanks and underground vats to protect polyphenols, with laboratory control on every lot.
Filtered mechanically, bottled on site and shipped from Tunis to partners on five continents.
Technology
Olive oil is the world's most counterfeited food. Our answer: every lot is fingerprinted on a public blockchain — harvest, milling, laboratory and shipping records that no one, not even us, can rewrite.
A QR seal on every bottle opens its full journey: which of our three farms, milling date, lab results, vessel and port.
Each production event is hashed and anchored on-chain. Tampering with one record breaks the entire chain — fraud becomes mathematically visible.
